Abstract:
A cutting apparatus in an in-line automatic cutting and welding device for a crystal oscillator, said apparatus comprising a frame (700); the upper surface of the frame is provided with a corner mechanism (200) and a foot separation mechanism (300) located on the left side of the corner mechanism; the left side of the foot separation mechanism is provided with a foot cutting mechanism (400) adjacent thereto; the upper surface of the frame is provided with a material transfer mechanism (500) corresponding to the positions of the corner mechanism, the foot separation mechanism, and the foot cutting mechanism; the upper surface of the frame is provided with a camera (100); and a lens (101) of the camera is located above the corner mechanism. The described cutting apparatus in an in-line automatic cutting and welding device for a crystal oscillator can automatically complete the work of foot separation and foot cutting, effectively ensuring the working efficiency and processing quality.
