Abstract:
A cutting device (100), comprising: a pair of cutters (110); a driving mechanism (120), which is configured to drive the pair of cutters to be closed or opened in a first direction (Z); and a gap adjusting mechanism (130), which is configured to drive at least one of the pair of cutters to move in a second direction (X) before the driving mechanism drives the pair of cutters to be opened, so as to increase a movement gap between the pair of cutters. The first direction and the second direction intersect. Further disclosed is a cutting method, and still further disclosed is a battery manufacturing apparatus (1000) comprising the cutting device. By means of the cutting device being provided with the gap adjusting mechanism, the degree of abrasion of the cutting device can be reduced, such that the service life of the cutting device is prolonged.
