Abstract:
A cutting device for production of a soundproofing thermal insulation board for a rubber-plastic floor, which comprises a preset workbench (1), a servo motor (4), and a cutting blade (6). A transmission mechanism (2) is fixedly connected to one side of the preset workbench (1), and a moving structure (3) is fixedly connected to another side; the servo motor (4) is fixedly connected at a central position inside the moving structure (3); a mounting structure (5) and the cutting blade (6) are fixedly connected to one side of the servo motor (4); transmission threaded rods (303) are driven by means of a transmission crawler belt (203) to make rotation; the transmission threaded rods (303) drive a movable sliding block (301) to move left and right; the movable sliding block (301) drives the servo motor (4) to move; preset clamping blocks (305) and preset clamping slots (304) are arranged on one sides of the transmission threaded rods (303) to achieve fitting and limiting, so that the cutting blade (6) is moved, by means of the moving structure (3), to a position where cutting is required, thereby facilitating real-time operation depending on actual board statuses.
