Abstract:
Provided is a cutting device that can suppress folding back and detachment of a sheet after cutting. This cutting device (1) comprises: a rotating body (2); holding parts (3) having a holding surface (3a1); an anvil (4) provided between two adjacent holding parts (3); a cutter (5) for cutting a disposable diaper (50) between an outer facing surface (4b1) of the anvil (4) and the cutter at a pre-set cutting position (P2); and a restricting member (6) that is provided between the holding parts (3) and the anvil (4), and that, in a state in which the anvil (4) has rotated to the cutting position (P2), inhibits the end of the disposable diaper (50) cut by the cutter from extending inward in the radial direction from the holding surface (3a1) on the holding parts (3) and contacting a side surface (3a4) facing the circumferential direction.
