A cutting member. By improving the internal structure of a cutter (n), an elastic force for keeping a blade fixing component resetting downwards is generated; and during cutting, the blade (n.4) adjusts the cutting depth by self-adapting to the height of the surface of a material, such that the depth of a cutting path is effectively ensured to be uniform and the cutting quality is guaranteed. A motor (4) directly drives a supporting component (3) to move towards the cutting direction by means of a transmission component, so that adjustment of the cutting depth is accurate.The cutting member has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and is convenient to assemble. Since a swinging member (5) and the supporting component are driven in a hard contact mode, the transmission reliability is high and the stability is good. Moreover, two tool holding mechanisms (3.1) are simultaneously driven by means of one motor, so that the economy is good. The present invention further comprises an electronic cutting machine and a cutter (n).
