Abstract:
Provided are a cutting part (3) and a transition part (2) for an ultrasonic scalpel, and an ultrasonic scalpel. A plurality of cutting teeth (5) are provided on an end portion of the cutting part (3). A first cutting edge (51) and a second cutting edge (52) of the cutting teeth (5) are located within a minimum outer diameter covering range of the end portion of the cutting part (3), which ensures the safety of tissues located outside the minimum outer diameter range of the end portion of the cutting part (3), thereby improving the safety of tissue ablation and/or resection operations. In addition, by means of setting the cutting teeth (5) to be in the shape of being small at the distal end and being large at the proximal end, the overall strength of the cutting teeth (5) is ensured. During a shallow degree of tissue removal, a relatively sharp part on the cutting teeth (5) closer to the end portion can quickly complete tissue resection. During a deep degree of tissue removal, a relatively sharp part on the cutting teeth (5) close to the end portion is responsible for providing a cutting path, thereby ensuring that the tissue is crushed and segmented by the part relatively away from the end portion. A relatively thick and strong part on the cutting teeth (5) away from the end portion provides stable support, thereby ensuring the overall strength and the cutting smoothness of the cutting teeth (5).
