Abstract:
[Problem] To shape a blade surface of a cutting punch used in a shearing process into a shape capable of minimizing the wear of a forming die as much as possible. [Solution] This cutting punch for a slide fastener teeth forming apparatus is provided with a blade section (25) which is slidable in a first straight line direction relative to a cutting die (22), and shears a teeth rod (6) having a pair of legs (6b, 6b) branched from a head (6a) together with the cutting die. The blade section is provided with: a sliding surface (25a) which slides on the cutting die; and a blade tip surface (25b) which meets the sliding surface. The blade tip surface is provided with a blade surface (26) which shears from the head side of the teeth rod supplied from the cutting die side to the blade section side in a second straight line direction which is perpendicular to the sliding surface. When viewed in the second straight line direction, the blade surface has a recessed shape which is adapted to collide with the head and the pair of legs, and is provided with an inclined surface (26p) which widens with the distance of the recessed shape from the sliding surface. When viewed in the second straight line direction, the entire circumference of the recessed shape (26t) on the opposite side of the sliding surface is present within a range extending between a reference location which coincides with the recessed shape (26s) on the sliding surface side and a location outside the reference location.
