Abstract:
Provided is a cyclic olefin resin composition film having low in-plane retardation and excellent toughness. A cyclic olefin resin (11) and a styrene elastomer (12) having a storage modulus of less than 100 MPa at 0-100°C are contained, and 5-35 wt% of styrene elastomer (12) is dispersed in the cyclic olefin resin (11). This makes it possible to lower the in-plane retardation and to obtain excellent toughness.
