Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel cyclic polypeptide carrier and variants thereof in the technical field of medicines, wherein the cyclic polypeptide has a sequence general formula P-(X)m-Cys-(Y)n-Cys-(Z)o-P. The present invention also relates to construction and preparation techniques of a composition or formulation formed by the novel cyclic polypeptide carrier carrying nucleic acid, drug or therapeutic agent, and further relates to a method for effectively delivering nucleic acid to cells, tissues or organisms by means of the composition or formulation, and a medical use.
