Claims

[1] A cycling apparatus comprising : a main body: the main body structured of supporting frame, left crank swivel and right crank swivel; left crank and right crank: one end of the crank that rotates by working as swivel with a tilt against the horizontal plane at the crank swivel; material linkage: material linkage that allows the rotation with mutual fraction of one end of the left crank and right crank; left pedal and right pedal: the pedal that works as swivel rotating at the other end of the crank. [2] The cycling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main body includes a saddle part or handle part. [3] The cycling apparatus as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, the cycling apparatus with characteristics to form the above structure placed of more than 1 pair of the left and right crank swivel, the crank and the refracting elements front and back; have bond of the other end of the crank in longitudinal direction of the pedal. [4] The cycling apparatus as claimed in one of claim 1 to 3, the cycling apparatus with characteristics to be equipped with the movement swivel front and/or back of the main body, have bond at middle of the handle stem and the movement swivel, have bond at bottom of the handle stem and the pedal, have bond to adapt to movement of the pedal. [5] The cycling apparatus as claimed in one of claim 1 to 4, the cycling apparatus with characteristics to have the tilt that makes the exterior of the crank swivel to be toward the top and work as swivel to make the left and right crank to be in mutual V type. [6] The cycling apparatus as claimed in one of claim 1 to 5, the cycling apparatus with characteristics to have the tilt executed of the axial bond with the other end of the crank to distance it to lower part of the pedal as it moves from the exterior to interior of the pedal. [7] The cycling apparatus as claimed in one of claim 1 to 6, the cycling apparatus with characteristics in that the material linkage shall be the universal joint that mutually connects the one end of the left crank and right crank. [8] The cycling apparatus as claimed in one of claim 1 to 8, the cycling apparatus with characteristics in that the material linkage shall be the refracting material that mutually connects the one end of the left crank and right

crank.

[9] The cycling apparatus as claimed in claim 4, the cycling apparatus with characteristics in that the movement swivel shall be the pipe working as swivel to allow front and back movement at exterior of the pipe and performing the pivot bond with insertion of the handle stem to its inside.

[10] The cycling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, the cycling apparatus with characteristics in that bottom of the handle stem has axial bond with pedal to allow the front and back movement and pivot bond to allow circulation movement to the left and right.

[11] The cycling apparatus as claimed in one of claim 1 to 10, wherein the main body includes a saddle part or handle part.

Description

CYCLING APPARATUS

Technical Field

[1] The present invention is regarding the sporting apparatus for cycling exercise with pedaling of the bicycles, stepping exercise and/or elliptical exercise in oval that is similar to walking. In general, the sporting apparatus is equipped with left crank, right crank and pedals on the one end of the crank; main body that is placed on the horizontal plane (or ground) where left and right crank swivel is formed; the other end of the crank that works as the swivel to the crank swivel, the other end of each of the left and right crank that is connected for the circular movement in mutual inter- working of the left and right crank and the saddle that is equipped to the top of the apparatus with the necessity.

[2] With the structure of the cycling apparatus, a user acquires the effect of pedaling the cycle with circular movement of right and left feet following the exterior track of circling movement for the left and right crank. Background Art

[3] The present invention is regarding the sporting apparatus for cycling exercise with pedaling of the bicycles, stepping exercise and/or elliptical exercise in oval that is similar to walking. In general, the sporting apparatus is equipped with left crank, right crank and pedals on the one end of the crank; main body that is placed on the horizontal plane (or ground) where left and right crank swivel is formed; the other end of the crank that works as the swivel to the crank swivel, the other end of each of the left and right crank that is connected for the circular movement in mutual inter- working of the left and right crank and the saddle that is equipped to the top of the apparatus with the necessity.

[4] With the structure of the cycling apparatus, a user acquires the effect of pedaling the cycle with circular movement of right and left feet following the exterior track of circling movement for the left and right crank.

[5] However, the track only allows the exercise of legs in the direction of top, bottom, front and back without exercise in upper body of a user. Therefore, user only develops the limited muscles; feels the boredom with exercise for just legs. Disclosure of Invention

Technical Problem

[6] Accordingly, the present invention intend to provide an apparatus which can double effect of the exercise because body of the user moves left and right with the indoor cycling exercise and stepping exercise; stimulate new muscles; overcome a boredom in

simple cycling exercise with the movement in direction of left and right. Technical Solution

[7] The present invention is for crank axis, the rotating axis of the cycling exercise, to make axial rotations having a tilt (tilt not horizontal or vertical) against the horizontal plane to allow not only the cycling exercise but also the exercise in that body of user moves left and right.

Advantageous Effects

[8] According to the present invention, effect of the exercise doubles since body of the user moves left and right with the indoor cycling exercise, stepping exercise and/or elliptical exercise; new muscles are stimulated; boredom in simple cycling exercise is relieved with the movement in direction of left and right.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [16] In reference to FIG. 1 or FIG. 3, the present invention is structured with main body

(10); the main body that is structured with supporting frame (11), left crank swivel (12,

12L) and right crank swivel (12, 12R) and it is either placed on horizontal plane or supported with fixation on certain structure. [17] It is desirable for left crank (20, 20L) and right crank (20, 20R): the one end (21,

material linkage can work as refracting material (31) such as wire that mutually connects the one end of the left crank and the right crank and also shall work as universal joint, namely the material joint (32).

[19] Left pedal (40, 40L) and right pedal (40, 40R): the pedal (40) works as swivel rotating with a tilt against the other end (22, 22L, 22R) of the crank thus the tilt allows the pedal (40) to be horizontal when the crank rotates based on the titled axial bond after the axial bond with the other end of the crank to distance it to the lower part of the pedal as it moves from the exterior (41, 4 IL, 41R) to the interior (42, 42L, 42R) of the pedal.

[20] At the moment, user may be seated and do exercise by holding the handle part with attachment of saddle (50) and/or handle part (60) to the main body (10) as presented in FIG. 4.

[21] In addition, the provision of pedaling exercise in stepper type as FIG. 5 presenting the previous stepping exercise is available with the crank (20) and at least 1 pair of the refracting element (30) front and back; axial bond of the other end (22) of the crank in same method as above toward front and back (4OF, 40B) of the pedal (40), namely in longitudinal direction.

[22] As FIG. 6 presents the structure that allows the exercise containing the walking exercise in oval previously called as elliptical, it is equipped with the movement swivel (12) in front and/or back of the main body (10); equipped with the left handle stem (70, 70L) and right handle stem (70, 70R): handle (71) on top of the handle stem (70), makes middle of the handle stem to bond (72) to the movement swivel and bottom of the handle stem to bond (73) to the front (40F) or back (40B) of the pedal. Each of the bonds may be the axial bond with the rotating axis or refracting bond using the refracting materials to adapt to the movement of the pedal (40).

[23] Bond (72) in the middle of the movement swivel (12) in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B is placed of pipe (72') and works as swivel (72Ax) from the movement swivel (12) to allow front and back movement at exterior of the pipe and adaptation to the front and back movement, cycling rotation movement of the pedal (40) and conversion of direction with movement toward left and right by the tilt are available with the pivot bond (72Pv) inserting the handle stem (70) to its inside.

[24] Also, the bond (72) with the pedal (40) and the handle stem (70) in FIG. 7A and

FIG. 7C may perform circular movement to the left and right by adding the axial bond (72Ax) available of front and back movement and pivot band (73Pv) with same method presented in the FIG. 7B. At the moment, bearing (Br) can be used and the bearing also may be used in all axial bonds.

Mode for the Invention

[26] The present invention is structured with main body (10); the main body that is structured with supporting frame (11), left crank swivel (12, 12L) and right crank swivel (12, 12R) and it is either placed on horizontal plane or supported with fixation on certain structure.

[27] It is desirable for left crank (20, 20L) and right crank (20, 20R): the one end (21,

2 IR, 21L) of the crank (20) to work as swivel making a rotation with a tilt against the horizontal plane to the crank swivel (12, 12L, 12R) and the tilt shall make left crank (20L) and right crank (20R) to be mutual V type (including reverse V type) with axial bond of exterior of the crank swivel toward the top.

[28] Material Linkage (30); the material linkage is processed for the one end of the left crank (20, 20L) and the right crank (20, 20R) to rotate with mutual refraction, the material linkage can work as refracting material (31) such as wire that mutually connects the one end of the left crank and the right crank and also shall work as universal joint, namely the material joint (32).

[29] Left pedal (40, 40L) and right pedal (40, 40R): the pedal (40) works as swivel rotating with a tilt against the other end (22, 22L, 22R) of the crank thus the tilt allows the pedal (40) to be horizontal when the crank rotates based on the titled axial bond after the axial bond with the other end of the crank to distance it to the lower part of the pedal as it moves from the exterior (41, 4 IL, 41R) to the interior (42, 42L, 42R) of the pedal.

[30] At the moment, user may be seated and do exercise by holding the handle part with attachment of saddle (50) and/or handle part (60) to the main body (10) as presented in FIG. 4. Industrial Applicability
