Title:
CYCLONE SEPARATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/066294
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A cyclone separation device comprises an inlet, a rotational flow generation unit, an outlet, a discharge port, and a separation chamber and a rotational chamber that are inside a housing. The separation chamber and rotational chamber are formed by way of a space division plate partitioning the inside of the housing. The space division plate comprises through-holes by which the separation chamber and the rotational chamber communicate. The discharge port allows the inside of the separation chamber to communicate with the outside of the housing. The housing comprises a discharge promoting face that is sloped toward the discharge port. In addition, the interior of the separation chamber comprises a lower shield plate, a return plate, and an air inflow control plate. The air inflow control plate is a flat body that is disposed above the discharge promoting face and is an inclined surface that straddles a vertical line drawn from the center of the discharge port straight up, as seen from the front side of the housing, wherein the through-hole side of the air inflow control plate is slanted downward. The return plate is a flat body that has a distal end, an end protruding from the discharge promoting face to the separation chamber. The lower shield plate is disposed on an extension of the tangent of the discharge promoting face that passes through the distal end portion.
