Abstract:
Novel cyclopropylglycine derivatives represented by general formula (I) and intermediates for synthesizing the same, wherein R?1� and R?2� represent each independently hydroxy or C�1?-C�6? alkoxy; R?3� and R?4� represent each independently hydrogen or C�1?-C�6? alkyl; and X?1� and X?2� represent each independently halogeno. The derivatives serve as a metabolic-regulation type L-glutamate receptor agonist having a high selectively and excellent characteristics as compared with known ones.
