Abstract:
A cylinder blanking apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a support unit to which one end of a cylinder plate is coupled such that the one end of the cylinder plate is supported and which has punching holes for punching of the cylinder plate in a plurality of rows; a punching unit located on the support unit and having a plurality of punching bars to form holes through the cylinder plate while moving up or down corresponding to the punching holes; a clamp unit which clamps the other end of the cylinder plate to enable rotation of the cylinder plate; and a rotation unit connected to the clamp unit to iteratively rotate the clamp unit in one direction by an angle corresponding to a gear tooth when the punching unit descends. According to the present invention, when a cylindrical metal plate is rotated, a driving force of a motor is not used and, instead, a ratchet part of the clamp unit converts a straight reciprocation by a press into a rotational motion by means of a rotation unit, to drive the metal plate. Therefore, the present invention enables the blanking without difficulty even when the length of the cylinder plate is too long or short.
