Abstract:

A cylinder lock protection device in which a shutter plate capable of opening and closing a mechanical key insertion hole is housed in a casing having the mechanical key insertion hole, wherein when a restricted state cancellation means (65) cancels a restricted state by a closing position restriction means (56), the shutter plate (36) is automatically actuated from a closing position to an opening position by biasing force applied from an opening direction biasing means. When a mechanical key inserted into the cylinder lock side from the mechanical key insertion hole is pulled out of the mechanical key insertion hole at a predetermined tuning position in the state where the shutter plate (36) is in the opening position, a closing position side biasing force control means (94) allows the exertion of biasing force on the shutter plate (36) from a closing direction biasing means that exerts larger biasing force than the opening direction biasing means, the biasing force from the closing direction biasing means is exerted on the shutter plate (36), and thereby the shutter plate (36) is automatically actuated to the closing position. This enables the shutter plate to automatically move between the closing positon and the opening position, thereby achieving improved operability.
