Abstract:
A cylindrical battery flattening method and processing device. The cylindrical battery flattening method comprises the following steps: feeding a battery cell (100) to a base (110); pressing the outer peripheral surface of the battery cell (100) and fixing the battery cell (100); applying acting force along an axial direction to a tab of the battery cell (100), so that the tab is flattened. According to the cylindrical battery flattening method and processing device, the tab of the battery cell can be flattened on the premise that an end face of the battery cell is not collided, thereby reducing a reject ratio of the battery cell in a machining process.
