Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a cylindrical plastic shell with a built-in wide rib, comprising a plastic shell, a control mechanism, and a laser; the plastic shell comprises a hollow cylinder, at least one wide rib, and at least one recessed groove arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder, the edge of the at least one wide rib being placed in the at least one recessed groove; and the control mechanism comprises at least one control sleeve, the at least one control sleeve being sleeved on the outer periphery of the cylinder and arranged to correspond to the at least one wide rib. Also disclosed in the present invention is a welding method for the cylindrical plastic shell with a built-in wide rib. The wide rib in the present invention adds stress points in the axial direction of the cylinder, creating the possibility of adding components or structural features to the interior of the cylinder; and eliminates the requirement for the light transmittance of the cylinder material and reduces the deformation of the cylindrical surface caused by the heat inputted during the welding process; clamp-free welding of the wide rib can be implemented; and the gap between the trapezoidal protrusion and the recessed groove can store the overflow formed by thermal expansion of the material during the welding process, preventing deformation of the cylinder.
