Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mold preparation process, and in particular to a cylindrical structural member mold and a method for preparing a cylindrical structural member. The existing technical problems that cylindrical structural members of SiC/SiC and C/SiC composite materials are easily deformed during formation and diameters become larger after formation are solved. The mold of the present invention comprises a mold assembly and a shaping tool; the mold assembly comprises two positioning rings, a connecting rod, and an inner mold and an outer mold that are coaxially sleeved from inside to outside. The outer side surface of the inner mold is used for being wrapped by a fiber fabric, and the height of the inner mold is greater than the width of the fiber fabric; evenly distributed grooves are formed on each of two end faces of the inner mold; the outer mold comprises a first outer mold, a second outer mold, and a third outer mold; the second outer mold is sleeved on the middle portion of the inner mold on which the fiber fabric is wound; the first outer mold wraps the upper portion of the inner mold and the upper end face of the inner mold; the third outer mold wraps the lower portion of the inner mold and the lower end face of the inner mold. The present invention further provides a method for preparing a cylindrical structural member.
