Abstract:
A D-shaped tube surround-type evaporator, and an upper-storage lower-freezing direct-cooling low-frost refrigerator. The refrigerator comprises: a refrigerator housing, a storage compartment (7) located at an upper portion of the refrigerator, and a freezing compartment (8) located at a lower portion of the refrigerator. An evaporation tube (2) is mounted in a spiral surrounding manner on an outer surface of a freezing inner container (1), the cross-section of the evaporation tube (2) being D-shaped, the evaporation tube (2) being fixed to the outer surface of the freezing inner container (1) by aluminium foil tape (6) and tube fasteners (3). Each tube fastener (3) is strip-shaped, one surface thereof being provided with grooves (31) consistent with the spiral arrangement spacing of the evaporation tube (2), the radian of the grooves (31) being the same as the radian of a curved tube wall of the evaporation tube (2). Each tube fastener (3) is also provided with through holes (32) alternatingly arranged between the grooves (31), T-shaped connection pieces (4) being mounted within the through holes (32). The evaporation tube (2) is mounted in the spiral surrounding manner on the outer surface of the freezing inner container (1), so as to increase the available space of the freezing compartment (8), and enable the freezing compartment (8) to have a more uniform temperature and be less prone to frosting.
