Abstract:
A daily monitoring system for heart failure prediction and early warning, the system comprising a portable sensing device, a heart failure daily monitoring client, a health cloud server, and a heart failure monitoring and early warning management system, wherein the portable sensing device is connected to the heart failure daily monitoring client, the heart failure daily monitoring client is connected to the health cloud server, and the health cloud server is connected to the heart failure monitoring and early warning management system. In this way, the severity of heart failure in patients can be monitored well, and an effective early warning of the condition of patients with heart failure can be made, thereby reducing the re-hospitalization rate of patients with heart failure and improving the quality of life of patients to a great extent.
