Abstract:
A damage monitoring system and monitoring method for an electro-fusion joint (2), which are used for damage monitoring of a conductive non-metal pipeline electro-fusion joint (2). The damage monitoring system comprises: a data collection module (3), a database, a data processing module, and a damage determination module, wherein the data processing module is used for processing resistance data which is collected by means of the data collection module, so as to obtain a first monitoring value and a second monitoring value; the damage determination module is used for comparing the first monitoring value with a first critical damage value, and comparing the second monitoring value with a second critical damage value; and when the first monitoring value is greater than the first critical damage value and/or the second monitoring value is greater than the second critical damage value, the damage determination module determines that the electro-fusion joint is damaged.
