Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a bearing part for supporting a rotary shaft; and a cylindrical part that is positioned on the outer circumference of the bearing part, has a predetermined thickness in the radial direction, and has an outer surface attached to a structure part. The bearing part is configured by a static pressure bearing which forms a predetermined bearing gap with the rotary shaft and supports the rotary shaft. The cylindrical part has planar slits having a predetermined thickness, passing therethrough in the axial direction between the outer surface and the inner surface, and extending in the circumferential direction. A plurality of the planar slits are formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical part, and the plurality of planar slits radially extend from an open end of the outer surface of the cylindrical part and extend in an arc shape up to a predetermined position in the circumferential direction between the outer surface and the inner surface. Bearing fluid supply holes, which pass through from the outer surface of the cylindrical part to the bearing part without passing through the planar slits, are provided at positions at which planar slits are not present. Thus, a damper bearing is formed which can be used for bearings of a small machine and has a damper function that can attenuate vibrations from the rotary shaft.
