Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve the productivity and easiness of mounting of a damper (1) provided with a partition member (41) within a reservoir (4).
A baffle plate (41)(partition member) is produced by integral forming using a single material consisting of flexible NBR (nitrile rubber), and a protrusion (51) formed on the contact surface (42B) of the baffle plate (41) is fitted in a recess (52) in the reduced diameter section (36) of an intermediate cylinder (20). As a result, the thin-plate like baffle plate (41) is prevented from rotating about a connection pipe (23) when mounting the intermediate cylinder (20), which has the baffle plate (41) mounted thereto, to the inside of an outer cylinder, thereby improving the productivity and the easiness of mounting of the damper (1).
