Abstract:
Provided is a damping adaptive automotive shock absorber, comprising cylinder barrel (2), a piston rod (1), a damping valve (3), a nitrogen tank (8), and a flute pipe-like assembly. The flute pipe-like assembly comprises a core tube base (5), an inner tube (7), and an outer tube (6); two ends of the outer tube (6) are each provided with at least one row of damping through holes (61); one end of the outer tube (6) is provided with a first one-way valve (62) and inserted into the piston rod (1), and the other end of the outer tube (6) is provided on the core tube base (5) and connected to the nitrogen tank (8) by means of a first oil tube conduit (81); the core tube base (5) is communicated with the first oil tube conduit (81) by means of a second one-way valve (51); the bottom end of the inner tube (7) is fixed onto the core tube base (5) and connected to the nitrogen tank (8) by means of a second oil tube conduit (82); the core tube base (5) is fixed to the bottom of the cylinder barrel (2); the damping valve (3) is fixed to one end of the piston rod (1) and provided in the cylinder barrel (2); a sealing tube (4) is fixed to one end of the piston rod (1), and the other end of the piston rod (1) passes through an end cap of the cylinder barrel (2). The damping adaptive automotive shock absorber is used to achieve the adaptive damping adjustment of an automobile under any road condition, and a damping value change is synchronized with a road condition change, such that the automobile runs more smoothly and more comfortingly.
