[Problem] To provide a self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet capable of suppressing moisture permeation even when extracted from a dampproof bag, without increasing the complications involved in an operation of attaching the self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet, and a self-adhesive silicone rubber enclosure enclosing the same. [Solution] The present invention pertains to a dampproof self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet 1 provided with: an uncured self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet 10; a release sheet 12 that coats at least one of two wide surfaces of the self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet 10 and is released when the self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet 10 is used; and a moisture permeation suppressing layer 14 that is formed on at least one lateral surface of the self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet 10 and suppresses inward permeation of moisture from the lateral surface of the self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet 10. The present invention pertains also to a self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet enclosure 3 in which the sheet 1 is enclosed in a dampproof bag 16.
