Abstract:
This data analysis processing device has a multi-dimensional database, a multi-dimensional database management unit, an online analysis processing operation execution unit, and a structure operation execution unit. The multi-dimensional database management unit: associates data representing temporal, spatial, and specific dimensions as well as characteristics that embody an event with an identifier of the event; and stores and manages said data in a multi-dimensional database as a multi-dimensional cube constructed for each subject, together with data that represents the structure of the event. The online analysis processing operation execution unit causes the multi-dimensional database management unit to refer to and aggregate the data constituting existing multi-dimensional cubes or to generate a new multi-dimensional cube, using an augment instructed from a client or using data that constitutes other multi-dimensional cubes. The structure operation execution unit causes the multi-dimensional database management unit to increase or decrease the data that constitutes multi-dimensional cube, using the data that represents the structure of the event.
