Abstract:
The present invention relates to an irrigation control system and method and may include: an irrigation pump; a liquid fertilizer pump; local control units including valves for supplying irrigation water and liquid fertilizer to greenhouses; user terminals for communicating with each of the local control units and controlling the supply of irrigation water and liquid fertilizer by using an application installed thereon; and a control server for collecting environmental factors for the greenhouses, information on crops grown therein, and information on yields of the crops, categorizing the information to generate data for controlling irrigation water and liquid fertilizer to be suitable for a specific greenhouse, and providing the data to each of the local control units to automatically control the amount of irrigation water and liquid fertilizer.
