A data caching method and device, and a cloud server. The method comprises: when a service request is received, analyzing a request parameter of the service request, and generating a caching identifier corresponding to the service request according to the request parameter (S102); searching a cache component for first service response data matching the service request according to the cache identifier (S104); if the first service response data exists in the cache component, sending the first service response data to a requester corresponding to the service request to allow the requester to use the first service response data in the cache component; and according to the number of accesses to the first service response data, adjusting the priority of executing a preset operation on the first service response data (S106); and if the first service response data does not exist in the cache component, executing a service logic corresponding to the service request to obtain second service response data, and sending the second service response data to the requester (S108).
