Abstract:
A data calibration-based bus route prediction method and system, the method comprising: obtaining a bus stop, counting the number of people boarding and alighting at the stop, and determining, by means of facial feature matching, the stops at which each person on the bus boards and alights (S101); sending all information of the bus to a bus operation server (S102); determining, by means of facial feature matching, whether a passenger boarding one bus is a passenger that alighted from another bus (S103); accumulating the number of people boarding and alighting from all buses at each stop within a first time threshold to get a total count N, and accumulating the number of all recognized matches for those boarding and alighting from the same bus so as to get the total number of matches P, a matching number calibration coefficient being: α=N÷(P×2) (S104); and obtaining predicted bus travel demand data on the basis of α (S105). The method, on the basis of face recognition technology, performs face capture and recognition matching on passengers boarding and alighting from a bus and calibrates statistical data on the basis of matching pairs from the face recognition.
