Disclosed are a data collecting method and apparatus, and a storage medium and system, falling within the technical field of big data. The method is applied to a designated processing node of a distributed data collecting system and comprises: acquiring a collected data set from at least one collecting node of multiple collecting nodes, wherein the data set comprises at least one piece of data (201); performing anomaly detection on the data set by means of an anomaly detection model to determine abnormal data in the data set, wherein the anomaly detection model is obtained by training according to the data set acquired in at least one collecting node of the multiple collecting nodes (202); and storing the abnormal data in a first storage node in multiple storage nodes, wherein the first storage node is used for storing the detected abnormal data (203). The anomaly detection model, of the above-mentioned method, obtained by training according to the collected data set can reflect a rule distinguishing normal data from abnormal data and a distinguishing standard between the normal data and the abnormal data can be learned. Performing anomaly detection on a data set by means of an anomaly detection model can make the detection result better meet actual abnormal data, improving accuracy of anomaly detection.
