Abstract:
A data collection method and a data collection apparatus (30, 40). The method comprises: a first vehicle, according to map data collected by the first vehicle, determining a first region requiring supplemental collection (S101); sending first supplemental collection information, the first supplemental collection information being used to indicate that map data of the first region requires supplemental collection (S102). In addition, a second vehicle may adjust its own driving path and speed and/or control its own sensing equipment according to the received first supplemental collection information (S103). The collection efficiency or completeness of map data is improved by means of a vehicle-to-vehicle interaction cooperative map data collection mode.
