Abstract:
Disclosed are a data compression method, a data restoration method and a device. The data compression method comprises: executing differential transformation of primary data to obtain a differential data tree comprising final mean value data and all layers of differential data; performing removal processing on respective differential data at least partially based on values of respective differential data starting from the second layer of the differential data tree and corresponding removal thresholds, wherein the removal thresholds of respective differential data are determined according to the numerical values of male differential data of the differential data; and generating a compression data file on the basis of the final mean value data and remaining differential data after removal processing. The data compression method can, dispensing with the prior knowledge about the data to be compressed, realize the dynamical adjustment of compression parameters according to the dynamic change range of the data to be compressed.
