Abstract:
A data control method for precise embroidery designs is disclosed. The data control method, according to the present invention, of a precise embroidery design control device, which comprises a drive unit receiving, as design data, information necessary for one or more embroidery designs for embroidering on a fabric, and controlling so as to drive an x-axis motor and a y-axis motor of an embroidery machine, is configured so as to use 16-bit data in the design data and thereby control the drive unit such that the x- and y-axis motors are controlled by a unit of 0.01 mm or less, and thus can control the degree of movement precision of the x and y axes to 0.01 mm and the limit of an embroidery stitch up to 15.00 mm, and therefore enables fine and high-quality embroidery.
