Abstract:
A data encoding method, used for encoding bit data, comprising: dividing bit data into a plurality of bit streams; then performing the following steps on each bit stream: comparing whether all bits in the same bit stream to determine the values of said bits are the same; if yes, performing inverse operation on odd bits, and setting the value of the lowest bit as a flag bit of the bit stream; if the value of at least one bit is different, performing inverse operation on the lowest bit, and setting the value obtained by the inverse operation as the flag bit; and combining the bit stream subjected to the comparison step and the flag bit to generate a new bit stream; finally, combining the new bit streams to generate new bit data.
