Abstract:
Disclosed in embodiments of the present invention is a data forwarding method and device. In the embodiments of the present invention, during data forwarding, a SDAP layer first receives an upper re-establishing request, and after data to be forwarded is determined, the SDAP layer directly sends said data to a target SDAP layer.
