Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a data integrity protection method and apparatus. The data integrity protection method is applied in an electronic device. Device manufacturer data and first verification information are stored in the electronic device. The first verification information is stored in a first storage region of the electronic device, and is used for performing integrity verification on the device manufacturer data. The method comprises: obtaining first data; performing digital signature on the first data, and generating second data and second verification information; and storing the second data and the second verification information, the second verification information being stored in a second storage region of the electronic device. The data integrity protection method provided in the embodiments of the present application supports firmware or software customized by a third-party integrator to be reloaded to a system for running, which simplifies the process, and improves the integrated development efficiency of the electronic device.
