Abstract:
A data latch circuit comprises a selection subcircuit (60), a first control subcircuit (70), a latch subcircuit (80) and a second control subcircuit (90). The selection subcircuit (60) transmits, under control of a signal received at a clock-pulse signal end, and in different time periods, a data signal received at a first data signal end and a digital signal received at a second data signal end. The first control subcircuit (70) transmits the data signal received from the selection subcircuit (60) under control of a signal received at a first control signal end. The latch subcircuit (80) receives the data signal from the first control subcircuit (70), and latches the data signal under the action of a voltage at a first voltage end. The second control subcircuit (90) transmits the digital signal latched in the latch subcircuit (80) to a signal output end under control of a signal received at a second control signal end.
