Abstract:
The present invention provides a data processing-based three-dimensional fluorescence imaging method and apparatus. The method comprises: according to two-dimensional fluorescence images and two-dimensional white-light images, generating a three-dimensional fluorescence fused image corresponding to lesional tissue; dividing the three-dimensional fluorescence fused image to obtain a plurality of sub-three-dimensional images, establishing a preset storage space corresponding to each sub-three-dimensional image, and storing the two-dimensional fluorescence images and the two-dimensional white-light images at corresponding region positions in the preset storage spaces; determining a plurality of second sub-three-dimensional images according to the region position of a first sub-three-dimensional image, and determining at least one third two-dimensional fluorescence image according to the number of fluorescence pixel points in a second two-dimensional fluorescence image corresponding to each second sub-three-dimensional image; and generating an image display box according to the number of the third two-dimensional fluorescence images, and, on the basis of the image display box, displaying the three-dimensional fluorescence fused image, a first two-dimensional fluorescence image, a first two-dimensional white-light image, the third two-dimensional fluorescence images and third two-dimensional white-light images corresponding to the third two-dimensional fluorescence images.
