Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a data processing circuit and method, and a semiconductor memory. The data processing circuit comprises a receiving module, a compensation module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is configured to receive a data signal, and determine a first node signal according to the data signal; the compensation module is configured to receive an initial compensation signal, and determine a target compensation signal according to the initial compensation signal; and the processing module is configured to output a target data signal according to the first node signal and the target compensation signal.
