Abstract:

A parallel transfer rate converter (4) synchronizes first parallel data, the sample number of which is S1 samples, with a first clock, inputs the same, synchronizes second parallel data, the sample number of which is S2, which equals S1×(m/p) samples (p is an integer no less than 1), with a second clock having a frequency that is p/m times that of the first clock, and outputs the same. A convolution calculator (5) synchronizes the second parallel data with the second clock, inputs the same, generates third parallel data, the sample number of which is S3, which equals S2×(n/m) samples (S3 is an integer no less than 1), by subjecting the second parallel data to a convolution operation with a coefficient expressing transfer characteristics, synchronizes the third parallel data with the second clock, and outputs the same.
