Abstract:
The present invention provides a data processing device comprising: an environment acquisition unit that acquires environment data indicating the physical distribution environment of perishable items; a state acquisition unit that acquires state data indicating the state of the perishable items; and a learning unit that, on the basis of the state data, learns an evaluation standard for evaluating the physical distribution environment of the perishable items using the environment data. In addition, the present invention provides an evaluation system comprising: an environment acquisition unit that acquires environment data pertaining to the atmosphere surrounding perishable items, in accordance with pre-cooled perishable items being placed in a container box that has a coolness-retaining function and being physically distributed at normal temperature; and an evaluation unit that evaluates the quality of physical distribution using the acquired environment data.
