Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a data processing method and apparatus, and a communication device. The method of the present disclosure comprises: when a key data packet in a PDU group is lost or exceeds a delay budget, discarding data packets in the PDU group according to a first discarding policy and/or a second discarding policy, wherein the first discarding policy comprises: discarding a PDCP SDU corresponding to the key data packet and a PDCP data PDU corresponding to the PDCP SDU, and discarding a PDCP SDU, in the PDU group, that is not transmitted and corresponds to a data packet associated with the key data packet, and a PDCP data PDU corresponding to the PDCP SDU; and the second discarding policy comprises: when the data packets in the PDU group meet a preset discarding condition, discarding the PDCP SDU corresponding to the key data packet.
