Disclosed in the present application are a data processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: when a data access request, which is sent by a vehicle-mounted terminal in a target vehicle, is received, determining data to be decrypted, which is carried in the data access request; decrypting, on the basis of a temporary session key, the data to be decrypted, so as to obtain data to be analyzed, wherein the temporary session key is generated when the vehicle-mounted terminal changes from a non-working state to a working state; comparing and processing the same index item data in the data to be analyzed and preset reference data so as to obtain a check result; and if the check result is that data is abnormal, generating alarm prompt information.
