Abstract:
Provided are a data processing method and apparatus for realizing privacy protection. The method is executed by means of a plurality of data holders, and each data holder of the plurality of data holders stores his/her own privacy sample data. The method comprises: replacing a plaintext operator in a pre-set plaintext machine learning model with a cryptographic operator corresponding to the plaintext operator, and obtaining a privacy machine learning model corresponding to the pre-set plaintext machine learning model; and executing secure multi-party calculation, so as to perform joint training on the privacy machine learning model on the basis of respective privacy sample data stored in each data holder, and outputting a target machine learning model. In the solution, only a plaintext operator in a plaintext machine learning model needs to be replaced with a corresponding cryptographic operator, such that privacy sample data can be protected against leakage, the operation is convenient and simple, and the usability is high.
