Abstract:

Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention are a data processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: obtaining a message comprising an untriggered event; according to the message, determining an event type and a triggering time of the untriggered event; according to the event type and the triggering time, performing reminding of the untriggered event and/or according to the event type and the triggering time, controlling state of a mobile terminal. By determining the triggering time and the event type of the untriggered event, even if a user has already read the information, the present invention can use a manner of reminding corresponding to the event type to remind the user before the triggering time, thus enhancing a reminding effect on the user with respect to the untriggered event; alternatively the present invention assists the user to adjust the state of the mobile terminal to the state related to the event type, such that the state of the mobile terminal is in the state required by the user during execution of the untriggered event, improving user experience.
