A data processing method for a distributed data processing system in which a central server processes data collected from base point servers, wherein: each base point server generates base point data by collecting and standardizing data and then performing node/cut processing; the central server collects, as base point line integrated information, attribute information for a line of base point data from the plurality of base point servers and the relationships of the integration source and the integration destination of the base point data using the node/cut processing by the base point servers; and when the plurality of base point data has been connected, and as a result of a replacement calculation in which the integration source and the integration destination are replaced and there is calculated a combination of an integration source and an integration destination with which the amount of data can be reduced, if there exists a combination of integration source and integration destination with which the amount of data can be reduced, the central server notifies the base point servers of the combination as a replacement command.
