The present invention addresses the problem of providing technology for, in an IoT system, ensuring security, achieving user convenience, and simplifying large-volume device management.　A preferred aspect of the present invention is a data processing route management system that controls data processing routes for an information processing system that: includes an information processing resource and a data transmission/reception route; comprises a function whereby the information processing resource receives data via the data transmission/reception route from a device connected via a network, and a function for providing a service based on the information processing resource; and includes a different security function set for each of a plurality of data processing routes which are obtained by logically or physically dividing the information processing resource and the data transmission/reception route. An information processing apparatus: manages security requirement information for associating the security function that is required with a combination of the service and the device attributes; and selects the data processing route on the basis of the security requirement information.
