Abstract:
A data processing system and method. The system comprises a computing subsystem (100) and a memory subsystem (200). The computing subsystem (100) is connected to the memory subsystem (200) by means of a high-speed parallel bus (300). In the computing subsystem (100), a processor can be connected to one end of the high-speed parallel bus (300) by means of a first bus interface (110). The processor transmits, by means of the first bus interface (110) and the high-speed parallel bus (300), data to be transmitted to the memory subsystem (200), and receives, by means of the first bus interface (110), the data transmitted by means of the high-speed parallel bus (300). A second bus interface (210) in the memory subsystem (200) is connected to the high-speed parallel bus (300). The memory subsystem (200), by means of the second bus interface (210), the data transmitted by means of the high-speed parallel bus (300), and transmits, by means of the second bus interface (210) and the high-speed parallel bus (300), the data to the computing subsystem (100). The data transmission rate of the high-speed parallel bus (300) is higher, and the bus interfaces on two ends of the high-speed parallel bus (300) can implement high-order modulation and can transmit more data within one period, such that the data transmission efficiency between the computing subsystem (100) and the memory subsystem (200) is improved.
