Abstract:
A data-providing unit (S140, S170), upon accepting a data acquisition request from a data-using unit, extracts, and provides to the data-using unit, instantaneous data stored in a data storage unit in relation to request data, which is vehicle data indicated in the data acquisition request. A data-assigning unit (S150-S170) assigns characteristic values to the instantaneous data to be provided to the data-using unit, the characteristic values being specified in advance according to request data and generated on the basis of a time series of instantaneous data stored in the data storage unit in relation to request data.
