Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a data receiving circuit, a data receiving system and a storage apparatus. The data receiving circuit comprises: a first amplification module, which is configured to receive a data signal, a first reference signal and a second reference signal, and in response to a sampling clock signal, perform a first comparison on the data signal and the first reference signal and output a first signal pair, and perform a second comparison on the data signal and the second reference signal and output a second signal pair; and a second amplification module, which is configured to receive an enable signal and a feedback signal, choose to receive the first signal pair or the second signal pair as an input signal pair on the basis of the feedback signal in a period when the enable signal has a first level value, and in a period when the enable signal has a second level value, receive the first signal pair, perform amplification processing on a voltage difference of the first signal pair and output a first output signal and a second output signal. The embodiments of the present disclosure at least facilitate an improvement in the receiving performance of the data receiving circuit and a reduction in the power consumption thereof.
