Abstract:
A data receiving method, comprising: a user equipment in an inactive state acquires downlink control information of downlink data from a downlink control channel by means of a wireless network temporary identifier; the user equipment receives, according to the downlink control information, a data packet sent by a base station over a downlink shared channel, wherein the user equipment keeps the inactive state after receiving the data packet. Also disclosed is a data receiving device.
